Hilton Vacation Club Cypress Pointe Orlando Hotel Lake Buena Vista, Lake Buena Vista

Cypress Pointe Resort is a clean and spacious place that really worked for my family. The setup with multiple amenities and proximity to attractions made it enjoyable. The only downside was the limited parking situation which made things a bit complicated on busy nights.

During our stay, I really appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the accommodations, which felt more like an apartment than just a hotel room. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the theme parks and with plenty of dining options nearby. However, the service could have been better, especially when handling requests. While there were great amenities, some aspects like the parking could be improved since we encountered issues with shuttles when we needed them most.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel with access to many family-friendly activities and a lovely pool area. The staff was incredibly helpful, which added to our experience. However, we did face some issues with the water temperature in our room, and the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night. Overall, it’s a solid place for families.

Our stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The large living space was nice for gathering as a family, and the pool area was enjoyable, but the second bedroom was disappointingly small, and the furnishings felt outdated. We also found it challenging to secure a sunbed by the pool. Overall, while there were some enjoyable aspects, I wouldn't choose to return based on our experience.

This resort provides a pleasant experience with a clean environment and spacious accommodations. The pools and grounds are well-maintained, making it a good choice for families. However, my check-in experience was disappointing due to the staff's attitude, and noise from adjoining rooms was a constant issue, which took away from the stay.
